"Ascolana" Olives

"Ascolana" olives are produced perfectly following the steps imposed by the traditional recipe. In fact, the Marche recipe has a perfect balance, capable of enhancing every ingredient that characterizes it: green olives, specially selected, enriched with a tasty filling of beef, pork and mortadella, wrapped in a crunchy breadcrumb coating. To flavor everything the scent of spices in an intoxicating mix which showcases the excellent raw materials we use in the Garbo production site.
