Prepared using only fresh courgette flowers, grown in the Agro Pontino, they are wrapped in a soft batter, made with natural yeasts and processed exclusively by hand. The delicious “classic” version, which follows, is in great demand the original recipe and includes the addition of anchovies and mozzarella.
